Experience:
- Advising Advent International - an American investment fund which was nominated buyer of the Bulgarian Telecommunications Company.
- Legal consultancy on one of the major deals in Bulgaria for 2008 - the privatization procedure for the Bulgarian Maritime Fleet, advising the winner – KG Maritime Shipping, where Georgiev, Todorov&Co. was the only legal adviser of the buyer.
- Advising Maspex Ltd, a Polish company, on the acquisition of Litex Juice ltd, Litex Commerce Ltd, Litex Shop.
